Happy Monday!

I hope your December has been filled with love, laughter, and all the good things as we prepare to welcome 2025.

This month has been a whirlwind—packed with family, travels, and plenty of memories. We just got back from a skiing trip in Mammoth, which was the perfect way to recharge during the holidays.

You may have noticed I took a little break from social media and emails. I wanted to be fully present with my family during this special season. Switching between work, motherhood, and everything else has kept me on my toes! Filming 4–6 episodes a day for The Bold and the Beautiful has been intense, and when I’m home, my focus is all about my kids. This break gave me a chance to unplug and soak in those precious moments.

Christmas Recap

This year, we kept things simple with gifts—lots of books and letting the kids choose three things they really wanted. My oldest, though, has been asking for a mini dirt bike all year… and it finally happened! It’s so funny to see a little version of myself—he definitely inherited my personality!

Wrapping Up the Year

As we approach 2025, I’m in full decluttering mode. I’ll start taking down Christmas decorations after New Year’s, but I’m already donating clothes and clearing out anything that no longer serves me. It’s amazing how a tidy space can bring so much clarity and peace.

Fitness Goals

This year, I’ve focused on building muscle, and I’m excited to share that I’ve gained 6 pounds of muscle! It’s been challenging but so rewarding. My strength and energy levels are up, and even on long filming days, I feel sharper mentally.

Did you know there’s a connection between quad strength and brain health? That’s been one of my motivators for prioritizing leg workouts. Recovery has also been key, especially with my powerlifting and bodybuilding routines. Stretching and meditation have become a daily practice for me—it’s true what they say: if you don’t have time to meditate, you probably need it the most!

Looking Ahead

In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing my weekly meal prep plans—stay tuned!

One of my favorite end-of-year traditions is creating a vision board with my family. My two oldest kids love making them, and we hang them in our pantry where we can see them every day. Whether it’s a vision board or a simple list of goals, keeping your dreams visible can truly be transformative.

Your Turn

What are your goals for 2025? I’d love to hear what you’re planning, dreaming of, or excited to learn in the year ahead.

Wishing you many blessings and a wonderful start to the new year!

With love,
Jacqueline
