Jacqueline’s Weekly Newsletter 🤍

Happy Monday, Friends!

I hope you all had a fantastic week. We just spent a few days at a horse camp with the kids, and they absolutely loved it. There’s something so grounding and refreshing about being outdoors, working on a farm, and getting a little dirty. It’s always a joy to be around horses and see the kids thrive in that environment.

As we dive into January and the new year, I’ve been reflecting on my goals. I took some time to sit down and write out what’s truly important to me and the areas I want to focus on this year. Interestingly, I’ve noticed that as I get older, my list has shifted to simpler things—the moments and values that genuinely bring happiness.

Having traveled the world, bungee-jumped, and lived on the edge for many years, I’ve experienced so much. But I can confidently say that this life I’m living now—rooted in family, simplicity, and presence—is by far my favorite.

Here are a few things I’m leaning into this year:

  • Staying healthy

  • Continuing my minimalism journey

  • Weekly date nights with my husband (prioritizing “us” time!)

  • Unleashing my inner child with my children

  • Finding aligned, like-minded communities that inspire growth

  • Spending more time outside and gardening

  • Adding more animals to our home (because why not?)

  • Learning something new every week

  • Being mindful of my reactions and protecting my inner peace

  • Waking up early, going to bed early, and taking more road trips

What about you? How is your new year going so far? Are you holding yourself accountable to the goals you set? I’d love to hear what’s been working for you or where you might need encouragement. Let’s cheer each other on as we navigate this year together.

Wishing you a week full of growth, joy, and presence.

With love,
Jacqueline
