Happy Monday, friends!

I hope you’ve all had a fantastic week! Life has been nonstop over here, filled with road trips, filming, and family time. We recently took a little adventure down to San Diego and discovered Fox Point Farm in Encinitas—such a charming spot! It’s a beautiful farm-to-table restaurant with a play area for the kids, animals, a big open field to run around in, and an adorable organic grocery store. It was the perfect place for a little reset and some fresh air!

Beyond that, I’ve been deep into filming some intense storylines on The Bold and the Beautiful, which has me burning the candle at both ends. Between work, traveling, and keeping up with my kids, prioritizing my health is absolutely essential.

My Go-To Wellness Practices Lately:

Prioritizing sleep (even when life makes it tricky!) – Filming late nights and tending to little ones means I do my best to nourish my body in other ways when rest is scarce.

Whole foods, low or no sugar – Fueling up with clean, nutrient-dense meals is key for my energy levels.

Circadian rhythm support – Getting outside first thing in the morning to soak up sunlight helps regulate my sleep and energy cycles.

Breathwork & mindfulness – I’ve been loving the Othership app for quick, grounding meditations, even when time is tight.

Chiropractic care & stretching – Keeping my body aligned and mobile, especially with heavier workouts and long filming days.

And a Little Secret…

I’m almost 7 months pregnant! Our family is beyond excited, and my kids are over the moon. It’s such a special time in our home—so much love, energy, and anticipation!

Nourishing My Pregnancy & Staying Strong:

💪 Continuing to work out—so grateful I focused on building strength before pregnancy! It’s made carrying my kids and performing emotional scenes much easier.

🥩 Prioritizing protein to keep my body fueled, especially since I’m constantly on the go.

☀ Using a red light panel or soaking up the sun whenever possible, especially when long filming days keep me indoors.

🎶 Creating a peaceful home environment with meditative music—try searching for 432 Hz or sound bath tracks on YouTube!

So yes, there’s a lot going on over here—ha! But I wouldn’t have it any other way. I appreciate all of you and hope you have a beautiful week ahead. Sending love, prayers, and good vibes your way!
