Jacqueline’s Weekly Newsletter 🤍

Hi everyone,

I hope you’ve had a wonderful week! Over here, we’re nearly finished decorating for Christmas, and it’s been a fun (and chaotic!) family project. This week has been a whirlwind—between filming, photoshoots for The Bold and the Beautiful, and writing this email while my kids climb all over me, life has been busy!

Now we’re shifting gears to prepare for Thanksgiving. This year, we’re staying home and hosting a cozy gathering with family and friends.

For some, Thanksgiving can bring mixed emotions. It’s not always easy—it might be a reminder of loss, loneliness, or the pressures of the holiday season. I want to encourage you to focus on gratitude and compassion during this time, as they can be truly transformative.

Gratitude goes beyond saying “thank you.” It has the power to shift our perspective, turning what we have into enough. Even during tough times, gratitude helps us find meaning. If the season feels overwhelming or messy, consider this:

  • What can you learn from this moment?

  • How can you practice compassion and find grace?

If you’re spending Thanksgiving alone, please know my heart is with you. This can be a wonderful opportunity to reflect, explore a new hobby, decorate your home, or connect with your local community.

This year, consider skipping that extra glass of wine and approach the day with clarity and intention. Here are some natural ways to support your mind and body:

Herbs, Vitamins & Supplements for Stress and Balance:

  • Magnesium: Relieves stress and promotes muscle relaxation—great for calming pre-dinner nerves.

  • Ashwagandha: Helps reduce anxiety and stabilize mood.

  • Rhodiola Rosea: Boosts energy and reduces fatigue—perfect for hosting duties.

  • Vitamin B Complex: Supports energy levels and improves focus.

  • Chamomile Tea: Soothes digestion and promotes relaxation.

  • Peppermint Essential Oil: A quick pick-me-up or a calming tension reliever.

Let’s approach this holiday season with love, light, and less bitterness or anger. The holidays offer us a chance to reflect on what truly matters—our relationships, our growth, and the grace we can show ourselves and others.

Wishing you all a warm and meaningful Thanksgiving.

With love,
Jacqueline

P.S. Feeling overwhelmed? Take a deep breath, look around, and find one thing to be grateful for. It’s a powerful way to reset.
