Jacqueline’s Weekly Newsletter 🤍

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a wonderful week and, for those in the U.S., a Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and plenty of delicious food. We celebrated with family and friends, and like many of you, I’ve been savoring the leftovers—because who can let good food go to waste?

This Week’s Highlights

1. Prioritizing Muscle Growth

I’ve been focusing on eating three solid meals a day (thanks, Thanksgiving leftovers!) to increase my caloric intake and build muscle. My goal is to lift heavier and grow stronger, so I’m currently “stacking”—intentionally gaining weight to support muscle development.

Did you know we naturally lose muscle as we age? Building muscle not only strengthens your body but also supports longevity and brain health. While gaining weight can seem daunting, trust the process. When you fuel your body with healthy foods and lift weights, the results can be transformative. Adjusting your calories later is always an option once you hit your muscle-building goals. Personally, I’ve noticed a significant strength boost at the gym since fueling my body properly—it’s incredible what balanced nutrition can do!

2. Deep Cleaning & Decluttering

This week, I made major progress in my ongoing deep clean, finally tackling my old clothes. I donated a lot of items that no longer serve me—some of which were hard to let go of—but I realized I’ve outgrown that season of life, and that’s okay. The clarity and lightness I feel now are freeing.

If you haven’t started yet, consider decluttering before 2025. You don’t have to do it all at once—take your time. Clearing your space clears your mind, setting you up to embrace the new year with ease.

3. Clean Beauty & Hair Care

Over the past few months, I’ve shifted to natural, low-tox products and stopped coloring my hair. I’m letting it grow out naturally to see my true color again. Fun fact: in my teens, I had sandy blonde hair—I’m curious to see if it re-emerges! If not, I’m all in on a low-maintenance routine that feels more aligned with where I am now.

Social Media Update

I’ve taken a short Instagram break for a much-needed social media detox. Life can pull us in so many directions, and sometimes, stepping back is necessary to refocus. Don’t worry—I’ll be back next week! In the meantime, I’m grateful for the connection we share

 Looking Ahead

What are your holiday plans? Are you traveling, hosting, or enjoying a cozy staycation?

Also, what’s one goal you’re aiming to conquer this week? Whether it’s big or small, let’s tackle it together.

Wishing you a week filled with clarity, strength, and positivity!

With love,

Jacqueline
