Monday Musings: A Fresh Start to the Week!

Happy Monday!

It’s been a busy few weeks juggling everything—filming some wild storylines on The Bold and the Beautiful while keeping up with mom life and the kids. But this week, I’m officially off, which means deep-cleaning mode is ON. Between organizing, decluttering, and keeping up with all the kids’ activities, it’s going to be a full but productive week!

You all know I’ve been leaning into a more natural, holistic, and chemical-free lifestyle lately. One of my latest swaps? Makeup! I’ve switched over to RMS Beauty, and my skin is absolutely loving it. Their clean, nourishing formulas have been a game changer!

This book dives deep into rethinking education and how we can help kids become self-motivated, curious learners. It explores unconventional approaches that foster creativity and independence, making it a must-read for homeschoolers or any parent wanting to rethink traditional learning!

Current Obsession: Apple Cinnamon Gelatin Molds

Apple Cinnamon Gelatin Molds Recipe

Ingredients:

 2 cups organic apple juice

 1 tbsp grass-fed gelatin

 ½ tsp cinnamon

 1 tbsp raw honey

 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Heat apple juice in a small saucepan over low heat (do not boil).

2. Sprinkle gelatin over the juice and whisk until dissolved.

3. Stir in cinnamon, honey, and lemon juice.

4. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

5. Pop them out and enjoy a healthy, nourishing snack!

1. Tackle Your Top Three – Instead of an overwhelming to-do list, focus on the three most important things you need to accomplish each day.

2. Move Daily – Even if it’s just 10 minutes, get your body moving to boost energy and mood.

3. Fuel Your Body – Prioritize whole, nutrient-dense foods to keep you feeling your best.

4. Declutter Your Space – A clear space = a clear mind. Take 10 minutes to tidy up!

5. Unplug Before Bed – Give yourself at least 30 minutes of screen-free time before sleep for better rest.

6. Hydrate Like a Pro – Start your morning with a full glass of water before anything else.

7. Find a Moment for Yourself – Even if it’s just five minutes of deep breathing or journaling, prioritize self-care.
